Worth being straight about this one: a red F40 is not a neutral. On a t-shirt it is a print; on a king size comforter it is the colour of the room.
That is not an argument against it, but it does decide where these end up. A garage, a home office, a spare room — anywhere the scheme is yours to set. Somewhere already decorated round a palette, the coasters are the sensible entry point and the bedding is not.
The rear-view drawing helps at the larger sizes. It is symmetrical, so it centres on a square cushion or a bed without looking as though it has been cropped to fit.

Twin through to king. Double-stitched seams and machine washable, which matters more than it sounds on a comforter somebody actually sleeps under rather than displays.
The print covers one face; the reverse is plain white. On this car that is a mercy — red on both sides would be a great deal of Ferrari for one room.
